The grapes for this wine were cultivated to the highest standards in the 9000 block of West Dry Creek Valley. The Brix level of the grapes upon harvest was 20.5 targeting a dry and low alcohol wine. Fermentation lasted for 5 days before the wine was moved to neutral oak barrels for 6 months to highlight the natural fruity aromas of this wine and to soften the mouth feel.
This unique, Sonoma-grown wine made with Irish-love, showcases typical Bandol style using Californian grapes, resulting in a smooth, fruity wine with hints of peach, citrus fruits and aromatics. On the palate, it is well-balanced with a crisp acidity and a long, satisfying finish.
