Returns and Cancellations
Items that are damaged in transit, or are not to your satisfaction, will be replaced or we will issue a full refund. All unsatisfactory wine can be replaced up to 30 days after the purchase date. Wines purchased directly from us are eligible for replacement or refunds.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the storage conditions of wine purchased from a third-party company and we are unable to replace orders purchased from a different seller.
If you wish to cancel your order after the wine ships from the warehouse, or if you’d like to return a shipment you’ve received in the last 30 days, you will be credited the cost of the wine less a 15% destruction fee and our cost of shipping (to you + the shipping back to the warehouse). The 15% destruction fee is taken from the retail cost of the wines.
Reships
If your order has returned to our warehouse due to damage or an error on the part of the carrier, we will re-ship it at no cost to you. If your order has been returned after three unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will ship the wine for the standard ground shipping cost and charge it to the card on file.
If you will be unable to receive the package on the estimated delivery date, we recommend delaying the shipment (up to 14 days) to avoid reshipping fees. There is no cost to delay delivery.
There is a $15 fee if your order has already shipped from our warehouse and you want to make a change to the shipping address.
Additional
We are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition and feel it is important to inform you that all shipping carriers require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We always recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult is present during business hours.
