Full Description
Craic began with carefully harvested grapes in September 2024 at an optimal ripeness of 24° Brix. A short, seven-day maceration on the skins allowed for gentle extraction, preserving freshness while building structure. Fermentation was carried out using native yeast from Dry Creek Valley, honoring the unique microbiome and expressing a true sense of place.Following fermentation, the wine was transferred to barrel, where it matured for 17 months. This extended aging period added depth and subtle complexity without overpowering the wine’s natural vibrancy. Bottled in February 2026, Craic emerges as a beautifully balanced red with a bright, lively profile.
In the glass, it offers aromas and flavors of fresh red fruits, ripe cherries, and nuanced smoky leather. Its light body and vivid intensity make it both intriguing and highly approachable.
